Opening new Templar Lodge.

The ceremony of instituting a new Lodge of Good Templars took place last evening at .Freemason*' Hall, Brd. ■ W. J. Speight, P.G.W.C.T., actiDg as instituting officer. ATter the W.C.T.' had 4ejiyered h|s inaugural address, some routine; business was transacted, including the appointment of to secure suitable premises for the proposed club and reading room in connection with the lodge.?
