In tho House of Lords last night, in rejjly to a question, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs said that England and Franco had demanded! the abdication of the Khedivo of Egypt, and recommended Prince Tewfik, the hereditary prince, as his successor. Cairo, Juno 23. Notwithstanding the representation Of the European Powers, the Khedive positively refuses to abdicate.
