AUCKLAND.
- This fray. Dr Thornelay has resigned his position at the Lunatic Asylum, in consequence of ill health, and if well enough will proceed to England by the next Suez mail.
At a meeting of Niccol's creditors the liabilities vrere stated to be £371; assets, nil. The creditors found that the bankrupt had been living without economy, and suspended his certificate for three months.
