CALEDONIAN.

Ifcetovting after a crushing at tlio Herald mill, took place on Saturday night. About 100 loads of stuff were crushed, the yield being 131ozs gold. This return is payable. The first 30 or 40 loada treated did not show up very well, but 'during the treatment of the l-emainder of the stuff, a steady improvement was noticeable. Crushing is still proceeding.
