For every vessolnot paying quarterly, as aforesaid, the master or owner shall pay for every day or part ; of,.a day.the,vessel is alongside, tjbe said Wharves and Places, or , liny of them two shillings and cix- ; pence (2s fid), for the first 20 tona of regislered tonnage and one farthing (id) per ton for each additional ton of registered tonnage. 3.
