Return of Mr Graham Berry— Reception and SpeechMr Berry reached Melbourne to-night, and was publicly received at the Spencer Street Railway station. A torchlight procession was formed and proceeded \o the Treasury at the top of Collins street, where Mr Berry made a speech, thanking the people for the reception. He believed the Keform question had been brought to a point where Victoria was assured.
