THE COMING SESSION.
(To the Editor of the Evening Star.)
Sin, —If wo are to believe only ono half of the forecasts of the approaching •eiiiou of Parliament, we -must believo that it will be a very eventful one. In every issue of your paper are' evidences of the various constituencies arming for the fray, and pre-sessional ttttertTiMs of members form no insignificant portion of the current topics of tha day—such utterances giving the constituents an idea of the part their representatives will {take in tbe coming political struggle.
