This day. Louis uud Albert Honclon, aged 11 and 13 years respectfully, were out rabbitshooting at Doredale, 20 miles from .Nelson. Louis accidentally lodged the whole charge iv Albert's head—the latter running across his arm when shooting
at a rabbit—killing him dead instantaneously.
Tho Artillery at parade last night were asked how many would go to the front in pase of their services being'required; The whole company came forward as one man. • ■ :,-■' ' r ' '■•;
