RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT

THIS DAY. (Before E. F. Tisard and W. McCullough, Esqs., J's.P.) THE TAIEUA STABBING- CASE. This case, wlricb had beerf partly heard on Thursday last, was again called. Mr Dodd, for the .accused, said that witnesses for the defence had,been subpoened, but be believed the subpoenas had not been served. He would consequently advise the accused to reserve his defence. The accused was then committed,to take his trial at the next session of the Supreme Court. Sail was allowed, accused in one surety of £100, and two other sureties of £50 each. • >, Court adjourned.
