The Evacuation of Soumelia.
London, May 15.
Cape news to the 29th of .April states that no military movement has yet taken place.
At a late meeting of the Boers, on their separating, they entrusted the Governor and High-Commissioner with a memorial to the Queen, urging a declaration of their independance, to which Sir Bartle Frere refused his support.
