DUNEDIN.

■ - Friday* A case of great interest between the captain of an American vessel and two British subjects is expected to come off at the KM. Court. The matter to be disclosed in evidence occurred on the high seas, and excites some attention from its having been threatened to put the two persons on board against their will, and convey them to New York.

For eight of the Kuriwao deferred payment sections there were 42 applications. One section had eleven applicants.
