In the Assembly last night the Council message in reference to the differences between the two Houses on the Parliament Privileges Bill came under discussiod, and on the motion of Sir Henry, Parkes was expunged from the records of the House. The motion was carried by 28 to 10. A deadlock between the two Houses is anticipated. Sydney, Wednesday.
