(Before Colonel Fraser, E.M.) T7NCOM.ABED DOGS. ; Thomas Price and Thomas Keren were charged with neglecting to affix collari on their dogs. Price pleaded guilty and was fined la and costs, and Keren, who had taken out a collar was discharged without a fine. WANDERING HOUSE. Hamiora, a native, was fined 2s 6d and costs for permitting his horse to wander at large at Parawai. WHEELING BABBOWS. : James Cocks and S. Thornally were charged with wheeling barrows on the footpath. They both pleaded guilty and were dismissed with a caution. Court adjourned. ,
