Hamiora, a native, was fined 2s 6d and costs for permitting his horse to wander at large at Parawai. WHEELING BABBOWS. : James Cocks and S. Thornally were charged with wheeling barrows on the footpath. They both pleaded guilty and were dismissed with a caution. Court adjourned. ,
