Two more boys were charged with absconding from the- Industrial School. The evidence shewed that these* boys had bolted twelve times within three months. The bench sentenced the delinquents to be flogged. • '
The Corporation of Parnell has been mulcted in three hundred pounds and costs in arbitration for injuries to the property of George Leahy.
