Saturday. Four drowning persons in the water clinging to a capsized boat were saved by the opportune assistance of a boat from the ship Casivellanus on Friday night. Capt. Cawse and his wife were proceeding on board the* Casivellanus when they were told of the accident, and they found that two young women, clasped in each 'others arms, were being supported in the water by a man. All three were partially unconscious when rescued; the fourth man was clinging do the boat, which belonged >to the Swallow, barquentine, the occupants being Milligan (the first mate) and Cooper (the second mate), with two of thoir lady friends. Milligan saved the two women. Capt. Cawse describes Million's conduct as being very praise* worthy.
