BLENHEIM.

This day. Mr Seymour, M.H.8., addressed his constituents at Wairau last night. He reviewed the history of the session, and characterised the career of the Government as one of broken promises, measures dropped, and hopes uufufilled. He considered the land tax and tax on lessees of Crown lands unfair. Hospitals and charitable aid had been sadly neglected by the present Government. He received a vote of thanks for his address and his action in Parliament.
