ROSS (WESTLAND).
Wednesday. Mr Gisborne, the member for ToJara, has addressed his constituents here. In explaining his views he said he wished to see the franchise extended, and the system of local self-government amended so as to give it greater scope and flexibility. He also spoke strongly in favor of the readjustment of taxation. A unanimous vote of confidence was passed.
