The Synod of the Presbyterian Church at its last meeting adopted the resolftloii :r —"To avail itself of all conetitutioial means for moving Parliament to sanction the use of the Lord's Prayer and the reading of the Scriptures; under a timetable and a oonscience'Clause, in th#<^ schools."
