(Before Colonel Fraser, R.M.) DBUNKBNNES3 AND BREACH OF lICBNBINa ACT. Patrick Kelly, on remand, was charged with drunkenness and disorderly conduct, and also with a breach of the Licensing Act, he having been previously convicted of drunkenness within three months.
