SUSPICION OF LUNACY. : James Say was charged on suspicion of being of unsound mind. ; Mr Kenny put in a medical certificate, and, ask for a remand for three days, which was granted.

B.M. EVIDINCE ACT. Mr Brassey made application under the abeve Act, that the evidence of ifflbodore Yangemert be taken before the B.M. on behalf of the defendant in the case' of Ritchie v.
