the supply had been received from the| Hon. the Attorney-General. I The Chapman said that the only thing! to do, if the County would not give way,! was to wind up, and give their creditors! notice. I

Mr E. Onyon offered to take over the right of supplying water to Shortland Wharf, and pay for three months of Captain Butt's term. It was decided to ac cept Mr Onyon's offer. It was resolved to sue for all outstanding accouiis.

Mr Brassey moved that this meeting be adjourned for a week. Carried. This concluded the business.
