St. Pjbterbbobg, March 4. The Russian police have seized a Secret Socialist printing press at Eief. Armed resistance was offered and several were killed, wounded and made prisoners. Pabis, March 4. - In consequence of Mercer's resignation, Lescere has been appointed Minister of the Interior.
Gerard, a strong free trader, has been appointed Minister of Commerce.
