The Harbour Board met this morning. Major Atkinson was appointed Chairman ; Mr Wella, Treasurer; Mr Irvine was reappointed engineer, and instructed to survey a line of railway from New Plymouth to the Sugar Loaves, pending the arrival of Sit John Coode'a report.
