London, February 10. Later Cape news states that Natal is in great danger. The Governor and High Commissioners demanded instant reinforcemeats. The Zulus lost five thousand in an en* gagement. February 11. The following reinforcements leave for Cape immediately :—Six hundred infantry, two cavalry regiments, and two batteries" of artillery. At a banquet last night the first Lord of the Admiralty deplored the Zulu disaster, and said reinforcements sufficient o terminate the struggle would start within a week.
Constantinople, February 10. The Eussian ambassador to the Porte and the Turkish Minister for Foreign have signed a definite; Russo-Tui-kish treaty of peace this: evening. The treaty provides that Russian evacuation of Turkish territory shall begin tomorrow and terminate on the 16th of March. Podgaritza is to be delivered to . lontenegro. The treaty annuls that concluded at San Stefana, and provides;' for an indemnity of three hundred millions in paper roubles, payment of the same to be arranged. .
