Otuka, a Mangare Native, stole a valuable horse from a Native atOrakei yesterday, and sold the horse to a farmer at Tamaki for twelve pounds. Detective Jeffrey has gone in pursuit of Otuka, the horse stealer. The Transit beat the Torea in the schooner race by a long distance. The Endymion ship has arrived from -London. Father Henneberry gives a farewell address to the Catholics to-morrow. Arrived: Kate McGregor from Oamaru. Sailed: Acadia for New Caledonia.
