A New Zealand Agricultural Company is announced with a capital of one million. M. Gambetta will probably be President of the Chamber pf Deputies. Boumania announces to Austria that she is ready to place fifty thousand soldiers on the Russian frontier as a sanitary cordon, and will permit the Bussians to return from Bulgaria, but forcibly resist others crossing the mountains. A new trial has been completed in the Bagot will case, and judgment reserved. The Bank of England will lower rates one per cent. ..
