BLENHEIM.
This day. The Express' Havelock correspondent this morning telegraphs re the late mining accident that the miners only succeeded in extricating Dorset at dark last night. He was much injured but is improving. Deamint was choked by pressure of slack against his neck although . the miners worked desperately to get at him. Sweeney's body was only recovered at 4 o'clock this morning, frightfully mangled. Probert Nesbitt had a miraculous escape in the side tunnel.
