On the motion of Mr Osborne, seconded by Mr McCullough, Col. Fraser was unanimously elected people's churchwarden for the ensuing term. The Chairman announced that he had apppinted^Mr E. T. Wildman minister's churchwarden. Messrs McCullough, Oiborne, H. T. Ebwe, E. F. Tizard, Speight, Coney, Stoney, Phillips, Potter ton were-nominated and elected Tea* trymen. On the motion of Colonel Fraser, Messrs, A. J. Allom and Henry Vernon were elected auditors for the ensuing 12 months. Mr ,F. W. Paul proposed a vote of thanks to the organist, choir, and to Mr E. T. Wildman for their efforts. This being seconded by Colonel Fraser was carried unanimously, and the customary compliment to the rev. Chairman concluded the business of the meeting. __^^___________
