The annual accounts (published in another column) were laid on the table. The receipts up to the 31st December,

including bank overdraft, amounted to £5,136 188 4d, and the expenditure, 6d less. The assets are pit down at £9,540 15s, and the liabilities £4444 17s lOd. The Mayor moved, and Mr Mennie seconded, that the accounts be adopted, and ordered to be printed. Carried. This concluded the business.
