THIS DAT. (Before Colonel Eraser, E.M.) •WANDERING ANIMALS. John Farrell pleaded guilty to allowing two cows to wander at large. " Defendant's wife appeared and pleaded guilty for her husband, who wai unwell. After hearing the evidence, defendant was fined 5s and costs. James Sampson was charged with unlawfully allowing a horse to wander at large; Defendant said the horse did not belong to him but to Mr Brodie. He had it to look after. Fined 2s and costs. . . ■.•■■■•- -..:■• ASSAULT. . .!■ ■•'■| Timothy; Donovan was charged with unlawfully, assaulting Timothy Buckley. There was no appearance of either party, therefore the case was struck out.
