SUSPECTED LUNACY. Henry Ibbetson wai charged on ius> picion of lunacy. Mr Kenny stated that this man had been suffering from delirium tremens but was now perfectly sane. He applied to have him discharged. Defendant was then discharged.

BEEACH OF DESTITUTE PBBBONS ACT. John Tiller was charged with a breach of the Destitute Persons Relief Act by allowing an order to remain in arrears for 10 weeks amounting to £2 10s. Defendant handed (he *urn in arrears to the Clerk of the Court, and said he would have paid it before if he had had an opportunity. Defendant was then discharged. : Court adjourned.
