SPECIAL MEETING.
A special meeting, for the purpose of altering rule 2, was then held. Mr Renshaw moved-" That rule 2 shall be altered so as to read thus:—The hospital shall be mannged by a president, vice president, hon. treasurer, and committee of nineteen, sixteen of whom shall be elected annually, at a general meeting to be held on the third Wednesday in the month of April in each year, by duly qualified subscribers, who alone shall be duly qualified to vote, and three to be annually nominated by the Borough Council." This was seconded by Mr McCullough and carried. : This was all the business. '
