Friday.
A fire broke out this afternoon in .Russell's workshop, High street, which communicated with the Temperance Hall, and which was totally destroyed. It is insured, in the Victoria Office for £250. Dixon's premises were only saved by dint of most unceasing exertions
This day. Had it not been for a fortunate change of wind the Post Office would have been destroyed yesterday. As it was, all the papers, books, and documents had to be removed.
