Br Cruikshank, Healtk Officer for the City of Sandhurst, certifies to the.extract being the most reliable remedy for external inflammation, bronchitis, diphtheria, affections of the lungs, cheßt, all pains of rheumatic nature, neuralgia, &c.; all swellirgs, -bruises, sprains, wounds, disorder of the bowels, diarrhoea, &c. Epitome of declaration made before M. Cohen Esq., J;P., at Sandhurst, October, 1877—The son of Mr Baabe'was hurt with an »xc on the knee. After nine weeks' medical treatment it was declared necessary by Dr. Macgillivray to amputate the injured limb. At that juncture the extract was applied, and the wound speedily cured without ampu- ■ ation. ' ■■■'■■" ■'■•' '"' ; - "■■ •'■"■■ The daughter of Mr Junghena, suffering from dißraso of the bone, as pronounced by i>rs Atkinion and Boyd, was cured just as, speedily. Cures of whooping cough, very severe colds, croup, bronchitis, diphtheria, earache, pains in the head (neuralgia,)'inflammation of the eyes, and that of a severely injured loot; others of bad legs, wound on the arm with enormous swelling, of severe> burises and eprained ankle, (H.Brown,) in which case eight, months' medical advice was of no avail, are reported by the Donald Times, Newcastle Morning Herald, Cooktown Courier, Yorke's PeninßuJa Adyertißer and others. The extract is proved to be curative in disorders of the urinary, organs. > It is the surest curutive agent and preventative of contagion in scarlet, typhoid and intermittent fever. Other turpentine-like preparations of the gum, styled •* Eucalypti Oil," are most dangerous in consequence of their nature for most of the diseases our Extract is recommended for, therefore esk for Sander and Sons' Extract in vials with our label, trademark and signature thereon.
