Wednesday. The case of the Rev. Mr S ton ford r. the liquidators of the Otago Daily Times will be heard on the 19th. The plaintiff received about £1000 in excess of the actual value of his shares on the occasion of the sale of the Times to Heed and Feriwick, and .some dispute having arisen he placed the money in tbe hands of liquidators.
