T)Y the Government Regulations for the • Examination, Classification, and Certification of Teachers, it is prescribed that an* Examination for the Certificate of the Lowest Class (E), and, if necessary, for Certificates of Higher Classes, shall be held in the Fourth Week of March, 1879.
