AUCKLAND.
This day
Julius Fernandez, a boy, was teasing a bloodhound chained in Canham's wood yard, Symondsf street, when his little sister's hat was blown by the wind towards the kennel: She followed it and the dog seized her and tore her scalp off. She now lies in a critical condition.
