The annual meeting of the shareholders of this company, which was to hare'been held at Auckland yesterday, lapsed, a: sufficient number of shareholders not being present. The balance - sheet showed:—Beceipts: By gold, 1,1830cs 3dwts 7grs from 3,940 tons, £3,186 Is 8d ; do. tributers, £1,151 13s; crushing, £78 7s; hauling and smithwork, &0., £316 15s; total, £4,732 15s Bd. Expenditure : Mine wages, &c, £6,593 19s lOd ; battery, £1,345 9s 3d; head office,, £247 14s 4d; crushing, £50 3s 6d; total, £8,237 6s lid. There is thus a loss for the years operations of £3,404 10s 6d. !
