IT is hereby notified, that, after the- Ist of January 1876, the use of Impressed Stamps upon Transfers of Shares is compulsory, but transfers of shares may be stamped at a Stamp Office by the Commissioner or a Deputy , Commissioner withiu one month after execU" tion without a fine.
