THE SIAMESE TWINS OUTDONE.
There is now on exhibition in'the library of the New Yor^ Aquarira a natural curiosity that fa. tttrpiiliefi ia wonder the celebrated Siameie twins. It is a pair of twin*,, with two heads and two "P*ir? ,<« 1 a) tP-'it but only a single pair of teg". Xti« trunks are joined rtttothif hi, tne t"Vo backbones forming a V, and every £*rt of the children with the exception of this one freak of nature is pttfat.
Their aex is female, and they are both pretty little babies, not the dwarfed and puny creatures that are usaally exhibited. They are known as the St. Benoit twins, having been born in the Canadian town of that name. The parents are both with the children, and take pride in exhibiting them to the public. They have one other child, a girl of two years entirely free from blemish. The parents are 26 years old, their names are Drouni, and they can ■peak no English. The children are five months old, and give every promise of growing to womanhood.
