PRINCE IMPERIAL.

The crashing of general stuff at the Prince Alfred mill was looking well today, and the picked stuff on hand was being crushed at the Moanatain mill. Altogether there should be a respectable return. The manager obtained a small haul of golden stone from the reef in west drire at bottom level yesterday, but there was an influx of gas in the workings this morning. The manager expected to be able to get to work again this afternoon. The tributers are all working on quartz, breaking out trial crushings. Blarney and party, who took up two sections, have given one of them up, and it has been taken up by John Gribble and party, who commenced work yesterday. Some of them will be crushing shortly.
