IT is hereby notified; that, after the Ist of ' January 1876, the use of Impressed Stamps upon Transfers of Shares is compulsory, but ■■ transfers of shares may be stamped at a Stamp Office by the Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner within one month after execution without a fiae. Managers and Secretaries of Companies, Sharebrekere, and others interested, are recommended to forward, without delay, such forms of transfer as they may • require to be impressed, accompanied by the .usual requisi* lion and receipt lrom the Bank of New Zea-: land for amount thereof, less the authorised discount.
