General Notices SANDER AND SONS' Eucalypti Extract. -rjNDER the distinguished patronage of ;U His Majesty the King of Italy, at Kome, according to communication received from tho Consul-General for Italy, at Melbourne, upon instructions from the Minister for Foreign Affairs, dated 14th March, 1878. Dr Cruikohank, Healtk Officer for the City of Sandhurst, certifies to the extract being the moat reliable remedy for external inflammation, bronchitis, diphtheria, affections of the lungs, chest, all pains of rheumatic nature, neuralgia, &c.; all swellings, bruises, oprains, wounds, disorder of tho bowels, diarrhoea, &c. Epitome of declaration made before M. ;Cohen Esq., J.P., at Sandhurst, October, 1877.—The son of Mr Eaabe was hurt with an axe onthe knee. After nine weeks' medical treatment it was declared necessary by Dr. Macgillivray to amputate the injured limb. At that juncture the extract was applied, and the wound speedily cured w thotit' amputation. The daughter of Mr Junghena, suffering from disease of the bone, as pronounced by Drs Atkinson and Boyd, was cured just as 1 speedily. Cures of whooping cough, very severe colds, croup, bronchitis, diphtheria, earache, pains in the head (neuralgiay) inflammation of the.eye's, and that of a severely injured toot j others of bad legs, wound on the asm with enormous swelling, of severe burises and sprained ankle, (H; Brown,) in which case eight months' medical advice was of no avail, are reported by the Donald Times, Newcastle Morning Herald, Cooktown Courier, Yorke's Peninsuia Advertiser and others. The extract is proved to be curative in disorders of, the urinary organs. It is the surest curutive agent and preventative of contagion io scarlet, typhoid and intermittent fever.
