The annual meeting of shareholder* of this company was held at the offioe df the legal manager, Mr D. O. MaoDonnell, yesterday afternoon, Mr H. McDonald- in the chsir. The directors' report spoke hopefully of the future of the mine, and the balance sheet shewed the total receipt* to haye been £2386 17s, while tbe expenditure had been £709 16s 9d more. The ! various reports were adopted, and the i retiring directors, Messrs it. McDonald P. Brown, M. Delaney, W. Murdoch and E. Wilson,, were, re-elected.. Mr. J. L. > Whitford was elected auditor, and vote** of thanks having been accorded to the Chairman and the directors, the meetinr terminated. *'
