The ship Waimate brings 49 passengers. She hod a very fine wea*her passage throughout. She left the Docks on Juno 14th and Scilly on June 21st; crossed the equator on 21st July, and made the Snares on Friday night last. She brings five raca horses, four mares and one entire, for Mr G. S.ead. . They arrived in splendid condition. The Waimate's passage is 103 days from London, and 93 from land to land. A terrific gale has been racing all day, bat no particular damage was done.
