I The Harbour Board to-day passed a resolution that it would be willing, tjo limit the area, proposed to be reclaimed should the question of, railway station sites be settled in accordance with the specified plans. The. Board's engineer reported that satisfactory progress was sot being made, with the. dredging contract, but the discussion of .this matter was, postponed till the next meeting. : Mrs Seed, of Saddle Hill, was to-day charged with perjury, but the information was dismissed on technical points. . News has been received by the Suez mail that the Colonial Investment ComEany of New Zealand, with a capital of alf.a million, has been successfully floated in Scotland. Mr B.
