General Notices SANDER AND SONS' Euoalypti^ Extract. FTNDER the distinguished patronage ef V \J His Majesty the King of Italy, at Rome, .according to communication received from the Consul-General for Italy, at Melbourne, upon I instructions from the Minister for Foreign Affairs, dated 14th March, 1878. Epitome" of declaration made before M. Cohen Esq., J.P., at Sandhurst, October, 1877:—The'son of Mr Raabe was hurt with an axe on the knee.' After nine weeks' medical treatment it was declared ndcesiary by Dr. Macgillivray to amputate the injured fiinb. At tnat juncture the extract was applied, and the wound' speedily cured w.thout amputation. The daughter of Mr Junghenn, suffering from, disease of the bone, as pronounced by Drs Atkinson and Boyd, whb cured just as speedily.
