SERIOUS ACCIDENT.

A man named James Dare was conveyed to the Hospital this afternoons suffering from injuries received by falling down a winze one hundred and thirty feet deep ia the Old Whau yesterday. The injured man had been taken .home and attended by I)r Payne, but as,he was not improving it was deemed advisableto take him to the Hospital. He has several ribs broken, and is otherwise much hurt.
