JTTNDER the distinguished patronage of vJ His Majesty the King of Italy, at Home, according; to communication received from the ,Consul-General for Italy, at Melbourne, upon instructions from the Minister for Foreign Affairs, dated 14th March, 1878. _ Dr Cruikshank; Healtk Officer for the City of Sandhurst, certifies to the extract being;th'o most reliable remedy for external inflammation, bronchitis, diphtheria, affections of the lungs, chest,/ill pains of. rheumatic natufe,-neural-gia,; Ac.';' all swellings, bruises, sprains, wounds, disorder of the bowels, diarrhoea, &c. Epitome of declaration made before |M. < Cohen Esq., J.P., at Sandhurst, October, 1877.—The son of Mr Eaabe was hurt with an axe on the knee. 'Afternine weeks' medical treatment it was declared necessary by Dr. Macgillivray to amputate the injured iimb. At'that juncture the extract was applied, and the wound speedily cured vr thout amputation. The daughter of Mr Junghenn, suffering .from disease of the bone, as pronounced by Drs Atkinson and Boyd, was cured just as speedily. Cures of whooping cough, very j severe- colds, croup, bronchitis, diphtheria, earache, pains in the head (neuralgia,) inflammation of the eyes, and that of a"severely jinjured ioot; others of bad legs, wound on the arm with enormouß swelling, of severe buriaes and sprained ankle, (EL Brown,) in which case eight months' medical advice was of no avail, are reported by the Donald Times, Newcastle Morning Herald, Cooktown Courier, Yorke's Peninsula Advertiser and others. i The extract is proved to be curative in disorders of the urinary organs..
