The Governor and nearly all the Northern visitors left for CLristchurch by the seven o'clock train this morning.
Sunday. The ca.aival in aid of the benevolent institution was opened by the Governor on Saturday, and was a great success, the receipts amounted to £300. The Governor and the Northern visitors leave here for Cbristohurch to-morrow.morn-ing.
